Refund policy

Brokers Connect does not sell anything at the moment, so there is nothing to refund. This page says what is free, and what will happen before we ever sell anything.

What is free

• For job seekers: creating an account, applying for jobs and appearing in the consultant directory are free, and will stay free. We will never ask you for money at any stage.
• For companies: posting job listings, reviewing applicants and verifying your company are free at the moment.
• The mobile app: has no purchases in it.

There is no working way to pay on the platform today, and we do not ask anyone for card or bank details.

If we start selling

If we decide to sell paid services to companies in the future — such as packs of job listings — we will update this page before anything can be bought. It will state the price including any taxes, what you get for it, and when and how you can get your money back. Nothing will be charged without your explicit choice, and no fee will ever affect the service being free for job seekers.

If someone asks you for money

We never ask an applicant for money to be hired, interviewed, trained or to get paperwork done, and our Terms of use forbid companies to do so. If you are asked for money in the platform's name, or for a job listed on it, do not pay. Report it with the listing's report button or to info@topsuite.net.
